Hiring shouldn't require a phone call to your last boss

Cambodian employers still rely on CVs, reference calls, and employment letters that are slow to check and easy to fake. VWP replaces that with a reusable, verified record.

The old way
  • Chase down HR at a previous employer for a reference call
  • Retype the same employment history into every application
  • Hope the hiring manager believes an unverifiable CV claim
With Verified Work Pass
  • Employers issue a verified record once — it's reusable forever
  • Employees share a link or QR code instead of retelling their history
  • New employers see employer-verified facts, not unverifiable claims

How Verified Work Pass works

01

Employers issue verified records

A verified organization issues a standardized, factual employment record — position, dates, status — with immutable version history.

02

Employees claim and control

Employees see every record issued about them, confirm or dispute it, add self-reported history, and decide exactly who sees what.

03

New employers verify in seconds

Share a secure link or QR code with an expiration date. New employers see only what was authorized, and every view is logged.

Built for both sides of the hire

One record, two roles. Whichever side you're on, VWP gives you more control and less busywork.

Not a blacklist. A trusted record.

VWP is a portable, verified employment record — not an employee credit score or secret database. The trust model stays simple.

Employers certify facts

Only verified organizations can issue employer-verified records, and every issued record is versioned, never silently edited.

Employees see and dispute

No hidden records. Employees can review every record issued about them and challenge anything that's inaccurate.

Employees control disclosure

Nothing is searchable or public. Records are only shared through an employee-created link or an approved access request.

Every action is logged

Issuing, viewing, sharing, and revoking are all recorded, so employees always know who has seen what.

Common questions

Is this an employee blacklist or credit score?

No. VWP is not a blacklist, a rating, or a secret database. It only stores factual employment records — position, dates, and status — that employees can see and dispute. There's no space for subjective opinions or unsubstantiated accusations.

Can any employer see my full work history?

No. There's no public search or directory. An employer only sees what you've explicitly shared through a link or QR code, or what you've approved through an access request — and only for as long as you allow.

What happens if a record about me is wrong?

You can dispute any employer-issued record and explain what's inaccurate. The employer is notified and must respond; disputed records are clearly marked until it's resolved.

What does 'Employer Verified' actually mean?

It means the record was issued directly by an organization that VWP has verified. Self-reported information — added by the employee — is always labeled separately and is never shown as employer-verified.
