1. Employer issues a verified record
A verified employer issues a structured, factual employment record — position, dates, and status — with an immutable version history.
2. Employee is notified and claims it
The employee receives an invitation, creates or signs in to their account, and the record is matched and claimed. No hidden records.
3. Employee reviews and controls
Employees confirm or dispute records, add self-reported history, and choose exactly what to share with future employers.
4. New employer verifies
Through a secure link or QR code, a new employer sees only what was authorized — for a limited time, with every view logged.
